How does the initial backup work?

When you first start up Online Vault, you will need to register your application using the same login email and password you entered prior to downloading the application. Once your login and setup has been successfully completed, you will see the Initial backup summary. Select the files and data that you would like to back up. Please note that your initial data backup may take a few hours or days – depending on your Internet connection speed and the number of files you have selected to back up.

  1. Select the files you want to back up by marking them with a checkmark and click “Start Backup”.

  2. Once backup has started, click “Close” to allow the application to complete your initial backup. Once completed, you will be able to access your Online Vault settings and options.
